I had horrible experience today at this Pandora location when I went to return a necklace that I purchased yesterday at Somerset location. I didn’t get the employee’s name, but she shouldn’t be put in front of customers. She insisted that the necklace was worn, even though I didn’t take it out of the package and purchased it less than 24 hours prior. She put me in a position to have to defend myself when I didn’t do anything wrong. I am a Pandora customer for over 15 years and spent a lot of money on pandora jewelry online and in stores. After this experience I don’t think that I will be shopping at Pandora again. She refused to return the necklace and sent me to the location where it was purchased even though the company’s policy states that items purchased online or stores can be returned in any store. Came to leave a bad review and I, too should have read the reviews prior. Terrible experience. Cherry was super nasty. Came in to get my ring replaced that was under warranty and instead cherry told me to call customer service… being that I read terms and conditions, I then had to pull them up and read them to her about warranty. After continuous declining she eventually tells me “I’m just going to give you the ring because I see no matter what I say you’re not going to listen to me.” But seems like she, the assistant manager doesn’t even know their own terms and conditions. Horrible costumer service. I was asking a genuine question about getting my bracelet size exchanged. I got a free bracelet at Great Lakes crossing pandora for my purchase but they didn’t have my size so they told me that I could get a size exchange at any other pandora, and so I called this pandora just so I didn’t drive in vain and they didn’t even try to help me. She was asking me all kinds of questions at the beginning and in the end when she heard where I got it from she gave a nasty attitude and said that I should go back to Great Lakes crossing and that she couldn’t do anything and hung up.
