Yeah these guys are great! I am low income SSI Disabled and i was looking for a bed i was sleeping on a leaky air mattress for 3 months. I went in there and they had a used Sealy I series mattress in a trailer outside someone was selling used. They called him to see if he'd take 100.00 for a used great shape 1,400.00 mattress. The owner agreed when they stated to the owner of the mattress that we really needed it. We went and got the money and came back within 10 minutes. I paid him the money and because we didn't have a box spring and no money to buy one they donated one free of charge! If that didn't amaze me enough when i told them I planned to strap this queen sized box spring and very plush mattress to the top of my Camry they offered to deliver the mattress to my house also free of charge! The delivery person showed up 2 hours later and helped me carry the mattress and box spring in and helped me place it in the room. The delivery guy was very nice and the business is family owned just a Dad and his son! So if you need furniture and wanna help a local business give Beds Galore a call they are amazing genuine people who really care about people! I haven't slept so good in a long time! I bought a mattress there and was told by the son they have a 30 day return policy, after 2 weeks I called to return the mattress because it was not comfortable, all 4 corners saged, I don't even believe it was the bed I purchased. When I called the owner told me they didn't have a 30 day return policy and his son would have never had said that basically calling me a liar, he said he would do a one time comfort exchange the mattress was $2161 which was the top of my budget, my only choice was to spend more or exchange for the same bad mattress I am the not satisfied with, he then hung up the phone. My only option was to disputed this purchase with my credit card co. which is still pending. I would not recommend buying anything from them, bad business practice and poor quality...

We bought a mattress here a year ago and had a great experience! We went to a couple of other mattress stores in town and got terrible customer service at both. We called Beds Galore and they were closed but since the owner was still there he opened the store for us to come in and take a look around. We loved the service and mattress that we received! It was delivered before the date they gave us. We had a problem with our bed being too high and called the store. They let us trade in our bed frame for a nice set of sheets right away. We were so happy with our bed, pillows and everything that when one of our kids needed a new mattress we went straight to them and got a great deal on yet another bed! I recommend them to anyone I hear that is looking...
