Great new ice cream place in Rochester. Dozens of different popsicles, ice creams and sorbets along with numerous snack options.

I'm glad for options, however, if you've never been there before, it's overwhelming. No one's there to explain things, there no menu on the wall or explanations of what's what. There are folks behind the counter but the very nice guy who helped us spoke little english. There is a qr code that gives you lots of pictures and unfamiliar words but again no explanations eg what is a Bionic? The picture looks like a fruit salad. Bionic with snow? Fruit salad with ice cream?

It'd be nice if the website with the menu had explanations - prices would be nice too.

We ended up getting a scoop of Ferrero ice cream, Nutella and my kid had some cakey ice cream thing. The ice cream was more gelato than ice cream and very good. 3 small scoops came to $17 with tip.

Issues aside, it's an exciting new option in Rochester and it'll be fun to come and try something new...for quite a long while with all their options and maybe learn some Spanish along...

As a fully raised Mexican they have most of authentic flavor however if you try to be in a budget this will not work for you.

Nieves are good etc except for the chamoy I have never had something that Americanized in my life bro.

Most of stuff is good but overpriced if you try to Tip someone, it doesn't go directly to the person you try to tip to which its a not go for me. Everyone should have the right to keep tips without splitting with rest of the crew.

Workers are fighting each other over because they wanna get orders out without any plan as they go to keep everything organized and in place.

Again no hate to the owner i do not know him but I will be not supporting because of this

I don’t know what to tell you dude I really think these guys took advantage of my trauma case I shouldn’t have to feel like someone’s spitting in my food or purposefully making it wrong when I go pick up from anywhere for anything but it’s all the time any place in Rochester the guy server was talking to a random guy and was being rude to me it made me trust my order less yeah I have had problems with two separate stores with Latino people being disrespectful with my food this week! it’s disappointing to see my neighbors be so arrogant about their own insensitivity and with no compassion Grande milkshake sure was milky…kinda cinnamony if you like that you might like this but I was hoping for more chocolate in the chocolate and was sad when there was no...
