Destination Bar-B-Q — Local services in Rochester

This friendly staff brings you options when it comes to the world of bbq-ing. My partner's favorite is Head Country and is normally provided by his brother mailing a bottle from Oklahoma. Now we can get it "locally" to Hastings by stopping by Rochester - so much closer. But remember, if you're looking for ye ole regular sauces, rubs, and the like, hit up your regular grocery stores. Destination focuses on bringing you what is often found elsewhere, making them your source for the hard to find flavors. We picked up some new flavors to try, including my guy's favorite desire of spiciness which will be tested by the ghost pepper seasoning. Don't have a grill or outside means of cooking? You can learn about all your options when you stop in and talk to them about your ideas. Not sure of what or how you want to do things? Again, the staff has design experience to make your outdoor cooking aspirations become a fun reality. I bought a Primo grill there a couple of years ago and everyone that worked there took the time to explain all of their grill options. They also kept in great contact with me in regard to other parts I had ordered and needed to be shipped.

More recently, the ring on my Primo grill kept slipping off no and no matter how much or how often I tightened it. Finally, the grill lid ring detached while I was gilling and the heat ended up warping the ring. I ordered new parts from Destination Bar-B-Q and before the parts came in, they took the extra time to get to know my issue and were able to work with the vendor to get my parts covered under warranty.

Most of us shop at big box stores for consumables, but there are purchases were customer service is very important. I cannot recommend Destination Bar-B-Q enough, I bet you'll leave with at least a smile...

We were looking for a high quality electric grill for use on our deck. We had tried a number of places looking for the right electric grill without much luck. Fortunately we ended up at Destination BBQ in Rochester.

Christy knew exactly what we were looking for and had the particular Coyote electric grill in stock. It is an amazing grill. It has precise temperature control, a Teflon griddle, and a shut-off timer. We love it.
