ETS has been very beneficial to my kids in a short amount of time. Regardless of the sports or season, my teen and tweens are increasing their strength, speed and overall health by building fundamental movements — training movements that don’t take place much (or at all) during typical baseball, soccer, volleyball, et.al., practice sessions. ETS helps athletes understand their personal strengths and weaknesses and provides them a plan to improve. ETS has grown their program over many years in Minneapolis by experts with a solid history of athletic success and collegiate level academics. ETS significantly enhances mental resilience by teaching personal responsibility and mutual respect for teammates and coaches — these are incredible life experiences that go beyond athletic performance (and possibly lacking in current grade school sports).
