Abysmal customer service. Sephora is way too expensive for poor store front customer service. I asked sales assistant if I could count the items of my pickup order as it was sent as a service recovery courtesy from corporate for several errors of home shipment order, and I needed my items prior to a trip for the following day. I simply asked the assistant if I could count my items and try to explain to her why. However, she insisted that there was no such thing and instead of trying to hear me out, called a manager and walked away with worst attitude. This just added to my frustration from previous errors for which I was willing to overlook.
UPDATE: went back because a friend said the customer service improved. I actually called the Kohl’s location to see if I could return my items (because they gave me the wrong one at pick up) and I wanted to avoid going back I to the store. When I first walked in I was greeted politely and had some hope. However when I got to the counter. The attendant was rude the entire time. I was in the phone with a friend telling her how uncomfortable I felt and the cashier continued to be even more rude. I will do my business and practically flung my receipt at me. I will do business in the future with the Kohl’s location and online. Very disappointing to...
Read moreThe employees there are not friendly at all, and they make customers feel uncomfortable. They give dirty looks and make customers feel unwelcome, they don’t even offer any assistance or to help in finding anything. Especially the girl with the red hair, I believe her name is Kylar. She’s very rude to customers and gives attitude to black and foreign people. I came with my friend and she was very rude to her because of her skin color, and she does not even know anything about makeup or skin care. I don’t recommend anyone to go shop there because of her attitude. Many people had the same problem when they go to Sephora because of her. Kylar literally gives customers dirty looks and make them feel so uncomfortable. I highly recommend to go shop from Sephora at kohl's. Or order things online instead of going there and getting dirty attitude from non...
Read moreHaven’t been to a Sephora in years. Went to this one earlier this week. I walk in with my best friend and apparently one of the male coworkers thought asking me if I need anything from the other side of the store was sufficient enough to get my attention, which it didn’t, when my friend pointed it out I did in fact respond with a “no thank you” and a smile, then he very rudely said “okay thanks for answering that” in the most catty and rude tone. He didn’t even bother to walk up to me, dude just stood with his friends talking in the corner of the store. Usually I really dgaf but that was so out of pocket. If you’re gonna work a job, at least act like you care about it and the people it involves. Part of...
