I can't say enough about the incredible experience we had at the Social Space Venue in Rochester for my mom's 60th birthday party. This intimate and historic venue is absolutely beautiful, with a warm, inviting charm that set the perfect atmosphere for such a special occasion. The owners, Grant & Beri, were a joy to work with—they went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests with such grace and professionalism.

My mom and family will cherish this night and these memories forever, and we owe so much of that to the wonderful team at the venue. The hors d'oeuvres, prepared by Grant, were absolutely mouth-watering, and our guests couldn't stop raving about them. Julie and Anna, part of the event service team, were incredibly hospitable and ensured every guest felt taken care of.

If you’re looking for a venue that exceeds expectations—look no further than The Social Space! I hosted my 40th birthday here, and from start to finish, the entire experience was a 20/10. In just 33 days, they brought my vision to life with style, grace, and incredible attention to detail.

The team is not only warm and collaborative, but true experts in party planning. Everything—from the stunning balloon arch to the flawless setup—was executed perfectly. The servers were attentive, the venue was spotless, and the energy was just right.

And the food… chef’s kiss! My guests are still raving about the burgers, fries, crostini, hummus, grape leaves, and that vibrant veggie display. Every bite was a hit!

Grant and Berri are one of a kind. They will make any event special and accommodate any request. They are a dynamic duo and I absolutely love hosting events at the social space. I had my wedding photos taken there as well as the Chaldean traditional zeffa and also threw my husband‘s birthday there. Everything from decorations by the lovely Berri, to handcrafted delicious and beautifully presented food by the one and only Grant, were an absolute success and memorable.
