Not that it matters to this multi-million dollar company, but they have lost a loyal customer. I’m very disappointed. I had to make an exchange for something and the only option was for them to place an order online. I specifically asked them how long it would take because if it was going to be too long, I’ll choose something else because I needed it. Told me 3-5 days. Great, awesome, I can do 3-5, even 7 days. We finish the transaction, Asher (I think that’s their name) prints the receipt and it says mid June (a whole month later). I ask why it says mid-June and they tell me “oh, I’m not sure why it says that. That’s wrong— it’ll be 3-5 days”. Low and behold, it’s been almost two weeks now and hasn’t even been shipped. Now I feel lied to. Did they tell me 3-5 days to meet some corporate # expectations for online orders? Because I made it clear I wouldn’t place the order if it had to take too long. I came back in and spoke with a lady, asking if they could cancel the order as it is on my account. Said I needed the receipt for it to double check the date. Does their system not allow them to look up customer accounts and see past history of what they’ve gotten? I asked her that and she said no, not without a receipt. I am beyond frustrated and will no longer be shopping at Victoria’s Secret. First the quality of their products went down yet the prices went up, now they have poor customer service. I’d rather get my bras at target or spend even more $$ to get a decent, high quality bra that I know will last and not have the underwire stab me. Not shopping at a VS again unless this problem...
Read moreI had a polite sales person. However while she was helping me another sales person came over and interrupted our conversation to gossip about a customer. In the meantime I was not able to purchase anything because they only carry standard sizes. If you wear a "non-standard" bra size do not bother going into a location, you'll have to order it online. The only problem with ordering online is that the bra is NOT going to look as good as what you thought and you may not like the fit. Because they didn't have my exact size the sales rep wanted me to go down a back size and up one cup size, she swore it would still be the same. I'm not sure about other people but I'm not in the habit of wearing a gapping bra that cuts into my skin as opposed to laying on it. Her resolution.....use the last hooks and an extender. At my age I want something that not only fits but is also comfortable......I did not find it there and chose not to...
Read moreThe absolute best staff!! My daughter struggles with sensory processing disorder and doesn't like the feeling of clothes, bright lights and noise. The staff was so accommodating helping her find the softest bra and put her in a room with velvet on the wall that she actually used to calm regulate her senses by rubbing her hands on the soft velvet. The staff listened to her concerns and brought her so many different options but the manager made her day even more perfect, my daughter was sad that the only bra that felt comfortable was a sports bra and the manager said "oh honey, im a manager at a lingerie shop and grown and I wear a sports bra too" that cheered her right up! You all are such amazing people! Thank you...
