Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Rochester

Overall, a really general experience! The Caribou is situated in the midst of the mall, which does take away it's comfortable atmosphere, however they still have the tables and chairs, it's a great place if you're on the go getting coffee, or tea with your friends! Sitting down for a while and chatting away while you wait for your coffee.

The staff is extremely straightforward for getting what you want. Even on extremely busy days, they do their best to fulfill getting your drink and do their best to uphold their services. Mistake drinks are bound to happen, and the staff is more than willing to remake your drink if necessary. I would just say organisation would be the thing for them to focus on, since they seem overwhelmed on those busy days!

The coffee is your usual when it comes to any Caribou! No complaints in those regards! Overall good...

Girl named Gracie had given horrible attitude when I asked for a specific drink I usually get there. She had stated she didn't know how to make it, when I've had it done in all other Caribou's I've been to. And I did tell her what was in it but it looked like she wasn't going to make it for me, which is obviously very rude to a customer. Her coworker, didn't get her name, on the other hand, DID offer to try and make it herself, but ended up being not what I wanted. I ordered 2 mocha coffee and they charged me for 2 turtle mochas. I asked why and they were lying about the tax in each cup that added up the price and plus there is another tax at the end of the receipt. They refused to refund when they were at fault.
