Purchased a reclining sofa and over sized recliner 2 years ago, the recliners have quit working properly. Have asked multiple times over the last 4 or 5 months for them to be repaired and told they would contact their repair vendor who would in turn contact me. That never happened. My final payment came due in August and ez pay kicked it out because it was less than my previous payments. They started calling multiple times a day to get their payment, I was on vacation so didnât answer because I didnât realize the payment hadnât been taken from my account. When I did answer I spoke to the manager and once again explained that no one has fixed my furniture yet and this is my last payment. He did the right thing and put my payment on hold and said he was reaching out to the repair man and if I had not heard from repair person in a couple days call the manager back. No call from repair man so I called 4 days later to find out the manager was no longer there and so I explained the situation again to an employee I had originally asked to fix my furniture and he replied his regional manager was there and he would share this with the regional manager. The regional managers wander was to go ahead and take my last payment and promised I would be hearing from the repair man Monday morning. Itâs Tuesday now and no call. Oh and they charged me a late fee on my final payment. Also please donât reply with an automated weâre sorry tell us more....
   Read moreMy experience with this company was unacceptable. The delivery guys was a complete liar! I cleared my whole day for a delivery of $2,000 washer and dryer. I signed my contract on a Wednesday; unable to deliver weekday due to my work schedule (understandable). I expressed to them I work on Saturdays as well at 4pm. I was assured the delivery would be before 4pm on Saturday. I actively call the location for an update I was told at 3:30p the driver was 15 minutes away from my home and that I would have to help him bring my washer and dryer upstairs (Iâm a small female but I was willing to help). I was ready and standing out side at 3:45 gave him grace with timing by 3:55p I called the store Francesca stated he was turning into my complex and I should wave him down. I waited till 4:05p for him to turn in the complex; I call the store once again. Francesca stated drivers said he got lost and was 3 miles away. The story did not add up at all and I was disappointed not only was I late for work, I didnât get a washer or dryer. This company lost a client, I wanted to take advantage of the 180-day opportunity but terminate my lease I donât want to do business with a company that donât value...
   Read moreI'll be honest they started out really well. Not sure if they are under new management but if so THEY ARE TERRIBLE. Four times I have updated my phone number and they NEVER save it. So they call my entire family when they need to talk to me because they aren't competant enough to do their jobs. Call and tell them you will be making a payment on a certain day due to your paycheck they say they will update it in the system....shocker shocker they dont then they want to be RUDE when you call to solve the issue. If I didnt need this washer and dryer since I have a household of 6 I would tell them to come pick it up. Worst company ever overpriced, terrible customer service and they still haven't brought my dryer back that they took to fix. The one I have that they replaced my other one with makes a terrible noise. Overall never again will I recommend someone to this company especially the one...
