Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Rock Hill

Well this had to be the worst Cicis experience I have ever had. The young lady at the register was not friendly and really didnt say much other than how many and the total. Walking to find a table I noticed that there was not much pizza out at all. Once we found a table that was somewhat clean, never once seeing anyone coming to clean up tables in the almost hour we were there. I went to get a drink. Filled my cup up with ice and mellow yellow(since the dr pepper was empty) got back to my table and my wife noticed that there was black stuff floating in my drink. No big deal it happens with those machines. Went back up and dumped it out cleaned the cup with water and filled it up again. Once back to table once again I noticed black things floating around in it again. So I decided to do it one more time. All the while there had been maybe 1 pizza put out which of course everyone was waiting for so it was gone with in seconds. Eventually I was standing there with our 2 boys looking for plates that were not out and had not been well cleaned, waiting for pizza to come out so we could eat. There was I think 2 pieces of bbq chicken and maybe like 3 of the mini breadsticks, that looked like they had been there for awhile, a gentleman asked the girl behind the counter when more pizza would be out and she just kind of shrugged. No actual response. Nothing, just a shrug. The guys making pizza were in no hurry to get anything out. And of course more people are coming in. Spending money to sit and hope a pizza comes out. Almost 30 minutes after paying almost 30 bucks for 2 adults and 2 kids the kids finally got 1 piece of pizza each. At least 10 minutes later my wife and I were finally able to get a piece or 2 each before they were fully out again. No one seemed to be eating since there was basically no food for anyone. Yet people were still coming in paying for food that was not even close to being available. After almost an hour I think between the 4 of us we were able to eat maybe 6 pieces of pizza. With out a doubt the worst experience in this or any cicis I have...

After a day of shopping my partner was starving so we decided to check in at one of our recently revived food chains for a Keto-friendly dinner. This is the WORST Cici’s Pizza I have EVER attempted to eat at. When we arrived we were not greeted and the restaurant was a mess. As in food on the floor, tables not bussed, the bar was not stocked and food was strewn about the area. The floor was sticky and even the air was thick.

We opted to make our own crustless pizza, ordered wings and were told “10 minutes” on the pizza. In the mean time I thought I would make a salad and munch on a wing or two There were no cucumbers, broccoli, onions, mushrooms or any of the other regular items on the salad bar. Then I noticed something dripping from the ceiling by the pizza bar and it was leaking! As in a plastic bin beside the hot bar catching dirty ceiling water smh.

At this point I’m grossed out to the max and I then notice an employee leave the store and talk to another employee out front. During this exchange she rubbed her hands all over her face and scratched her scalp a few times. After a while she came back in and walked straight behind the prep area and started touching handles and food! Still no pizza at this point. It’s been 20mins.

Finally as I approach the manager to complain about my experience he then asks me if I still want my crustless pizza? As in it’s not coming out of the oven as I stand?! He then goes on the explain how he assumed I didn’t want it after as asked where the other salad bar items were and was told that they didn’t have any. I’m like wow! You’ve been staring at me 20 minutes NOT making my pizza and now you decide to ask for clarification?! I told him I was displeased with the service and the restaurant and requested a refund to which he agreed.

This place was low rated and I can see why. Something tells me this is how things are usually run because none of the other patrons seemed to be disturbed. I will...

I have never written a review of a place before...It is Saturday at 4pm on Nov 26th 2016.

This place is horrible. I have come 3 times now, hoping it would get better. I will never come back to this one. My wife asked for a pepperoni pizza delievered to our table for our family of 4. They said "No" and that "all the pepperoni must be gone from the bar first" I said "So I need to take all the pepperoni pieces remaining so that no other customers can have any, and then you will send one to my table?" She said "yes" Then she never brought me one, ignoring me completely when I told her where I was sitting and asked for a number to place at my table. Every CiCis I have been to, allows you to get a personal pizza delievered to your table so that you dont wipe out the bar pizza for others. Not this place.

The food is beyond subpar. Pepperoni pizza slices are sloppy, some slices don't even have pepperoni on them. They have a lack of cheese with the bread showing. I am an Alfredo pizza fan, it was hard and void of cheese.

It just feels like most of the people who work here hate their jobs and put zero effort into their work. If upper management reads this, I highly recommend walking in unannounced one day and checking it out for yourself. I can only imagine that this store does alot less business than the other stores around South Carolina. The CiCis in Sandhills is a much better example of how one should be ran, and how employees should act. I bet their sales crush yours. Sincerely, Someone who knows how to...
