Bestway Rent To Own — Local services in Rock Hill

We were loyal customers for about 8 months. I will admit that I fell behind payment's as they were aware. My intentions were to never rig them or rip them off when I was late. However, they will constantly attempt unauthorized charges causing overdraft charges to my account at the moment which puts me in more debt with them and my bank. I did call to address this issue that I had with Bestway of why they would think they can use my bank card without my consent as me who is the consumer and they are the merchant which is totally illegal. The account manager even said, they would remove all bank cards off their system which was totally false as they continued to keep making unauthorized charges. This has happened more than 7 time's within 1 day at one point. So on top of being behind because life happens, overdrafting my bank account, having to owe Bestway plus their overcharged late fee's made me realized that I should've never made it a option to rent out furniture from them so I ended up giving up their merchandise back to a rude, inconsiderate crew. I will not recommend renting from this company as there is so many other companies with the same or better quality...

Do yourself a favor a pick a different location ! These people are liars & wanna be Con artists ! They allowed me to pay a down payment on Furniture They knew they couldn’t get in stock ! Told me that it would be delivered within 2 weeks I waited a month getting the run around just for them to finally tell me they couldn’t get what I wanted ! not even nothing similar to what I wanted (A grey or black sectional) and tried to convince me to get something they already had in the store that I seen the day I came in and obviously didn’t want ! They also put a 4000 account on my credit for something they couldn’t even get themselves to even sale to me and refused to give me my down payment back !!! Yall make black people look bad ! What kind of place is this I went into this place Friday or Saturday did application paid for my son bed to be delivered which the guy said the earliest he could get it to me would be Tuesday which was fine. I knew they would be closed on a Holiday. Tuesday comes I call they tells me that they can’t deliver because they don’t have a driver but instead if I could then I could come and pick it up. Well long story short I called Wednesday they come with another excuse saying they have to go to another store and get me a mattress okay fine but that’s still not telling me when your going to deliver my stuff.
