Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Rock Hill

1/2/2015 I got a pepperoni pizza at 9:14pm ticket time. The pizza was entirely cold, which I didn't notice until I was down the road. I thought I would just wait and microwave but it's not good. I called the store actually before getting home and tried to talk to a manager. I waited for her to get on the phone, tried to tell her the pizza was not but very little warm as if the hotbox was off, and she did not want to hear that. I'm pretty sure she gave the phone back to the girl who first answered the phone, and she gave me a pizza 'in the books' but that's not why I called. I was trying to tell the manager there's a problem and apparently it's like other places where the manager doesn't do anything but hand the work off to others and never solves any real issues.

I shouldn't come into a store at 9pm when the store doesn't close for 2 hours and the hotbox is off. That's illegal and there's no reason I should be suffering the risk of my health because of a manager who cannot do her job. I will be transferring this complaint to the health department and I will be expecting to hear back from you that something will be done about this.

By turning the hotbox off, they are putting your customers at risk and if that wasn't the case, the manager wouldn't of lost her attitude over me simply stating "the pizza tastes as if the hotbox is off".

This is not acceptable and the fact that the manager is allowing bacteria to grow in your hotbox after 9PM is illegal by health standards and I will make sure they and others know, since your store manager is unwilling to fix the issues directly, by simply leaving on the hotbox, according to public...

If you're gpong to order from this location it would be best if you order online to avoid the hassle and lying employees. I was on hold for over 20 minutes attempting to place an order. I had enough time to drive there and and once I arrived there well there was only one customer inside the store . When I walked up to the register and asked why was I on hold for such a long amount of time she stated that they were busy and couldn't make it back to the phone. I pointed out that there was only one person in the store waiting for an order and asked to speak to the manager which did not help at all.. Complete attitude attitude and disregard for my concern.. She then also stated that they do not take over the phone orders.. This would nice to know before I was put on hold. She then denied ever receiving my call. Which I then held up my phone(Was still on hold) with their store phone number. I asked for a corporate number to make a complaint and she denied me that as well. I still placed an order because I was in a rush and did not have time to go anywhere else. While I am standing their I hear them arguing with each other a out how long I was on hold after she had just denied even getting my call😐. After I did my research and made a complaint with corporate I was informed that this is a franchise location but are still suppose to go by little Caesars rules. One of them being answering the phones. I could of accepted everything else but the lying is tasteless. Little...

We were craving little Caesar’s. Little did we know this would be a MISTAKE. We live in York so we placed our order at 6pm to be picked up at 8pm to give them time. We got to the store at 7:45 (expecting to have a small wait since we didn’t put in to pick up till 8 )

But what we wasn’t expecting was to not leave that place until 8:50. They had a lobby of people with the same problem many asked for refunds but employees denied including my husband One of the girls behind the register was stating she was going to walk out because she hates her job and hates dealing with the orders. My husband witnessed them throw away multiple pizzas because they were black due to being burnt to a crisp !!!! He was also told “sorry you had to wait we burnt your pizza 3-4 times and had to remake it “

I get being under staffed and busy but my husband heard 5-6 employees and saw multiple. I feel if the one in the front was running her mouth about quitting her job things might have been a tad faster.

I will never ever ever eat here again EVER. Just shut it down if you...
