As a military spouse of 30 years and having lived all over the world, I believe this is one of the finest commissaries I've ever shopped at! It's small but carries all necessary items, including specialty items. (The lay-out at holidays, esp Christmas, is phenomenal!) The employees are super friendly; I get a greeting when I walk in the door and if an employee passes me while I'm shopping, I'm always given a friendly greeting and asked if I'm finding what I need. One of the many perks about being a veteran is the access to military commissary. I remember this place from my Marine Corp reserve days back in the 80s, and here it still is, compared to the other grocery stores locally. This stores prices are amazingly better and more realistic. I was hoping for a wider selection of products but was sadly disappointed that the commissary was smaller than the small stores I have in my hometown, prices are also on par with my hometown stores with a few exceptions.
