Googled a dish for my wife and came across Isabel Bloom online. Their website said the dish was in stock and I ordered it. I received a confirmation email saying that my order had been received and my bank app showed the debit card had been charged. After waiting for 10 days with no updates, I call the store and am told that my order was cancelled after they had taken too many orders. Never received an email saying this had happened. When I called I talked to 3 different people to try and figure out what had happened. One person had no clue, the 2nd person said the computer crashed and they took too many orders, and the 3rd person told me she had to ask her boss what happened and would call me back.
