Dam View — Restaurant in Davenport

SHADY, SHADY, SHADY! Visiting from out of town & parked in the empty lot at 9AM. Only a few sporadic parking spots were marked for the bar, leading us to believe that only the marked spots were reserved for Dam View customers. We parked in a whole section that was unmarked, as did several others. The owner towed AT LEAST 8 cars that day, probably more! The owner was out LAUGHING at all of the cars being towed. JBA towing charged us $350. These two businesses are in cahoots with each other. This is PREDATORY TOWING. We got the Davenport police involved. From the outside, it looks closed. Inside, it's a small place where locals meet after work.
