Java Java Cafe — Restaurant in Davenport

I've been going to this coffee shoppe for a few months now. It's my regular, en route coffee stop. I had never been disappointed in an order until today where I ordered a 20oz latte and received half a cup of coffee. I paid 4.82 for 10oz of latte. When I called to ask why this was so it was explained to me that lattes are half foam, and half milk, espresso, and flavor (flavor optional). This caused me some confusion because I had never before received such a drink from this establishment. My cups have always been virtually full upon ordering the same drink the same way for nearly five months. I was then instructed to order no-foam lattes to ensure that I receive a "full" cup of coffee in the future.

I will go back, because I like the establishment, I like their coffees, and their baristas are nice people who can pour a decent shot of espresso. Today, however, was a little off putting. So I caution people to disregard the exceedingly pretentious feeling you will get while asking for a no-foam latte if you are expecting to...

I wasn't sure if the inside area was available for dine-in so I waited in the queue for the drive-in. Once at the window, the ladies told me to come inside to enjoy my breakfast.

I got a hot Almond Joy latté which definitely tasted like the candy bar but was also not too sweet! The chorizo breakfast burrito was so good! The cheese was perfectly melted throughout! I wish I would have gotten a video.

I also got a pup cup for my dog at home as well as some house-made treats. He loved them all!

There were only two people working, and they hustled! They were so busy but they were still super friendly and got everything out in a timely manner....

We recently stayed in Davenport and this was our first time trying Java Java. We had such a great experience, and the coffee was absolutely amazing!!! The pumpkin pie iced latte was perfect. We also tried an iced caramel coffee drink and an energy drink in the green caramel apple flavor and everything was to die for! Great service and friendly staff!! The girl working helped with recommendations especially since it was our first time and there are alot of flavors to choose from. She was so sweet and helpful! The place is so nice and love that its dog friendly too. ❤ Would highly recommend...
