I recently purchased a new Ranger boat from Angler's Edge. I live out of state and all of the business was conducted ahead of the pick up by phone and email. Everything went totally smooth. The owner, EJ, was a pleasure to deal with.
When I arrived to take delivery, the other three employees (whom I had not dealt with prior) all greeted me by name as I entered and walked through the dealership. As a new customer, I was treated like everybody knew me and was a long time customer.
In addition to excellent customer service, I got a great deal on the new boat. I have purchased a few new boats from dealerships and this was by far the best experience of any. I highly recommend Angler's Edge when considering a new boat purchase.
EDIT 11-10-19 I am editing my original review from five stars to two.
I called the dealership on four different occasions over a several week period starting 10-08-19 to schedule service. Each time I was told by the person answering the phone that everybody was busy working on boats and to leave a message. In over a months time, I never received a return call.
I completely understand that the fall is a busy time for winterizing and for repairs that people don't want to have completed during the fishing/boating season.
However, a simple return call advising how busy it is and perhaps scheduling something several weeks into the future is all it that it takes. I have heard of this about Anglers Edge and now I have experienced it myself. Very disappointing considering how impressed that I was at the...

I live in the area been there many times try to order a power pole didn't have a what the price was dealing with EJ and I guess there's an AJ also went in there in person picked everything out with EJ about five days later no response call back to check up on. It said he was waiting for the manufacture to get back to them. Two weeks later I called talk to an. AJ had no clue told him me and EJ already had it figured out about three weeks go by I called and talk to EJ act like they didn't know who I was ask him if I could just get the stuff we ordered so I can order it online myself got a little ugly with me and I played out told him they obviously didn't want to do business told me to go somewhere else I thought having that much inventory all those hundred thousand dollar boats they knew what they were doing. I guess I was wrong beware of AJ and EJ. They have no clue what they're doing or any customer service I own a business. Myself never been treated like that or waited that long for a price or anything and they have plenty of workers and people to help recommend you find somewhere else to...

I meet Alot of anglers and all the local anglers have one thing to say of anglers edge.... And that is if they upgraded their tackle selection they would have more customers.... Anglers edge I seen your comment on here and said people come in grab what they need and leave thats because you have nothing to stay for.... All the good tackle shops i have visited in the midwest have one thing in common a Large selection of popular baits and a friendly knowledgeable staff we all stay and talk with them longer then we should lol...They end up talking us into other purchases..... And i know you sell and service boats i dont wanna hear thats your primary focus as to a reason why you lack in these areas your Not the only place that does this... Time to rethink your sales strategy it will up your...
