After over two weeks of placing the original order, I finally got the correct bed frame. The delivery men were attentive and made sure the adjustable portion of the bed and massage feature worked. I would have given a five stars rating but due to the initial frustrating experience a rated the entire experience a four. Home Trends has a lot of nice furniture and although I went with another company for my dining and front room set, I am looking forward to purchasing other items from them. Thank you for going above and beyond to fix my issues!
Original post: I bought a mattress with an adjustable frame that included a massage feature. There was only one tag on the bed which stated it was 50% off the bed and frame. I paid over $800 including shipping and assembly. They called me and stated it was the wrong price and we negotiated me paying $326 more. They delivered the bed with the wrong frame missing the massage aspect. They came back the next day to swap but it was still missing the massage feature. They also forgot to put on a part. Zack the manager told me to wait three days and we will have the correct frame. Four days later he stated that specific frame is no longer in stock and he could refund me $50. This bed is for my daughter who has a chronicle illness and she has not been able to sleep in the bed bc they forgot to put on a piece that I can’t fix on top of only offering me $50 back. I requested a refund and asked Zack return the bed but he stated it’s not in Home Trends policy to do so. I initially signed off on the delivery bc I’d trusted they delivered the correct product. Read moreHad a pleasant experience shopping for new furniture for our living room. Our sales rep was very helpful and pleasant. She was patient with us as we looked through the store at our options. She gave us a good deal on our set and we got to bring it home the same day. Upon getting it all set up at home, we discovered an issue with one of the couches. My husband called our sales rep and informed her of the problem. She had the manager call us, and within a few days, a new couch was delivered to our house, and the damaged one hauled away. The delivery men, Ray & Mark, were very nice. They had the new couch in and old couch out in a matter of 20 mins. Appears to be nothing wrong with replacement couch.
