Fresca Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Rockford Township

I went to buy food a few days ago and I want to share my experience — the service was terrible. The person who attended me was really rude, looked like he didn’t even want to work, and he’s supposed to be the owner! On top of that, they messed up my order and didn’t even apologize. If you don’t feel like working, then don’t open the business. People go wanting to support, but not like this. Too bad Google doesn’t allow 0 stars. Got my usual steak burrito when I go get Mexican food. It was a bit blah steak was over cooked had no flavor didn't seem to be marinated and was a bit cold. I'd probably try one more time but we'll see. If your at the mall and want mexican other than the same bs that's been there for a decade or more it's worth a try but it's definitely not 5stars as most rate it in my honest opinion.. the food there is absolutely amazing. the worker is so nice and i think this place is hella underrated! the sauces that came along with my food were amazing and paired so well with the tacos. the meat was kinda dry but it was flavorful and appetizing. all the flavors just burst into your mouth and oh my days🤤.
