Buyer Beware, and beware you should be! I highly recommend shopping somewhere else.
We spent almost $2,500 on furniture from this store and had a horrible experience.... actually, we are still dealing with the negative affects from buying here.
To start, almost every item they delivered was damaged. This was either from the way they loaded it in their trucks or damage while they were putting the furniture together. Additionally, you don't realize just how poor quality the items are until they are delivered.
When they arrived for the delivery there were only 2 people in the truck for all the items we bought. They were arguing with each other most of the time and were completely uncoordinated, at times dropping items as they brought them into the building.
One of the gentleman kept misplacing items out of the box and his tools which seemed to feed his frustrations further. As they would finish installing and setting up items and move on to the next item I would review and inspect to ensure everything was good. Some screws were over-tightened causing bolts to pop and wood to crack when it shouldn't have. As I pointed it out, this person began to yell at me and walked away calling me names under his breath. I immediately called him out and said how WRONG it was that he did that and he walked out of the apartment and never returned.
That left 1 deliver person who said he manages the store. His name is Omar and he was nice, but as I brought up the issues he would make further promises which would turn out to be why I'm still dealing with this store.
Out of all the damaged items, Omar agreed to order and replace 2 or 3 of the items. Additionally, 2 or 3 items weren't even on the truck. He said they were back ordered and not available, that we were not informed of this when we made the purchase.
We were promised that the items would be replaced and the missing items would be delivered. Keep in mind, we paid for this delivery and thought everything would be delivered. It has now been 2 weeks since the delivery (1 month since we paid for everything) and we called today to see when the items would be delivered. Talking to Omar again, they have no idea when the items would be here or delivered but he said we could pick them up as they came in.
As a customer I tried to speak with Omar about what bothered me, but he kept interrupting me. I asked if he would listen to his customer and he said yes, but he kept interrupting every time I had a complaint. We are completely in the dark about the furniture we paid for. I asked for the manager and / or owner but he refused to tell me who that was.
As I continued to explain that I would contact the BBB, my credit cards, etc. and considering cancelling the whole order he stated he wouldn't speak to me anymore, but he would have his manager call me.

   Read moreI'm on here changing my review from 4 stars to 1. If I could give 0 and just leave the bad review, I would. This week will be 4 weeks from my order and payment date. I was told 1 dresser would take 1-2 weeks and I'd be able to pick it up no problems. I ended up having to call to see where my order was because it had been 3 weeks and no phone call. When I called, I was informed that my item had been there but they just forgot to call.... okay, so we agreed that we would be there the next day to pick up said dresser. We arrive the next day to be told that their warehouse guys don't work that day and there was nothing they could do... but we could pick up the next day ON THEIR TIME. We agree and decide to call the next day before we show up because we learned our lesson once. We'll, we were then told that now the warehouse guys were there but our item was damaged. They told us they could have a replacement by Tuesday(today), this was Saturday we were told this. So when it's a replacement they claim they can have it here in 3 days but when your first purchase something it takes weeksđ¤?? Doesn't make sense to me either. I have no idea if they have my item like they say they will but I promise once this is over, I won't buy from them again and I won't be duped into leaving a review before I recieve anything from anywhere. Please donât buy from this place, read the fine print always! I donât know what else to said to convince you from not buying from here! Because even know I didnât sign the bottom part of the receipt they still refused to return my money! They never deliver and now they want me to pay them and sign the paperwork even before receiving or checking that the furniture is in a good condition, just because as the owner says Iâm no reasonable. And also he will only deliver if I leave a good review (so now Iâm not even have the freedom of speech!) Iâm adding the bottom part of the receipt so you can read it before buying from them.
