I have been driving past Alpine View Restaurant for years always thinking to myself, "I should stop in there" but never had. Finally, I did stop and this has become my new favorite go to spot. I love breakfast food, and their breakfast all day policy is on point.
The staff is incredibly helpful and never leave you hanging. They hit a perfect balance of checking and also letting you enjoy your meal / conversation / peace. They never let your coffee cup empty.
The quality and amount of food is outstanding. Everything is fresh and delicious and I usually always have leftovers to bring home. My standard diner order of a veggie omelet with cheddar cheese and extra crispy hashbrowns are PERFECT from here. Prices are fair considering quality and quantity.
The atmosphere is on point as well, its a mix of all ages and everyone seems to know each other. This place feels like home and my and my girlfriend tend to go 2 times a week now.
Don't sleep on Alpine View, you should definitely...
Read moreWe order 60-80 dollars worth of food every weekend from Alpine view. Usually the owner isn’t there I’m assuming it’s the owner because he’s an old man. Normally the food is wonderful today I ordered food for my family I ordered a hot turkey when I got home I open the hot turkey and to my surprise it’s just turkey and gravey no bread. Upset because my order is wrong I call the business thinking the owner will make it right. He says hold on that he needs to pull up the ticket he does that and reads off my order and says “ it usually comes with bread I’m sorry I don’t know what to tell you.” I also tipped this Jew 7 dollars so it’s upsetting that I ordered a pick up meal didn’t have to tip left a tip and the best he can do is say sorry I don’t know what to tell you. Awful customer service skills if my kids and wife didn’t love the food I wouldn’t order from this place ever again. As a business owner I wouldn’t lose potentially 240-320 dollars a month over bread. Pathetic...
Read moreI understand the cost of goods has gone up but you guys have increased your prices so dramatically that we will not be back. It was almost a $140 for breakfast for 4 people the other day. I can understand an increase. but $6 for a single pancake??? $5 for a glass of milk? I can get 2 gallons for $5. I understand you have to pay for the food and all of the other bills that go along with running a business but that is absolutely ridiculous. That means if you pay retail of $2.50 for a gallon and each glass is 8 oz, you are making $125 profit on a gallon of milk!!! If you sell 200 hlasses, you're making almost a $1500 profit, just on milk. That is just price gouging. We'll take our business elsewhere. Yes, I saw the prices before I ordered but didn't restrict my family from ordering since I was pot commited and the food had always been good. Ya... the food wasn't as good as it used be either. Super...
