ALERT!!!!!! I waited a month to give a review as it would have come from anger…heads up consumers, I have taken my truck here three different times. Shame on me for even trying the third time, so the first time my wires on my speakers were needed to be cleaned off and then the speakers worked. They did that for me and not but a couple days later my front speakers stopped working first it was the back now it’s the front so then I took it in and they said oh you need all new speakers these are blown so I was like OK let’s do it so I got all new four speakers in my Ford F150 and I have a really nice stereo, amps and all that stuff, & subwoofers so I wanted it to sound good then after I get back and pay the price for all new speakers, One of my tweeters goes out so then I called them up and they tell me oh you need all new tweeters so I’m like wow this is crazy so I take it back a third time because now my back speakers went out and wanted to see what was happening. They told me because I messed with my own stereo and put loudness on it that the new speakers were not under warranty anymore and that I blew them, while I was fed up so I said just give me my truck back and it took it to another place out in Machesney Park. They went through it and told me that there was screws missing from the new speakers when they put them in the wires were not put in properly and when I rolled down the window in the back, it cut the speaker wires because they had placed them in the wrong spot. Well, they tried to tell me at expert electronics that I needed new speakers, which was a lie. The wires were cut because they didn’t know how to place the wires properly. I just want everyone to know that this is bad business and I don’t know how they’re staying in business, but I will put the word out in a friendly manner just so everyone knows not to go there they’re very dishonest, Needless to say, the whole stereo was fixed, including the tweezers they just need to be wired the right way and now everything works perfect and it only cost...

April 4th, 2019 Took my 2010 Nissan Maxima to Rob in he did an amazing job this place is definitely professional and not high like Best Buy I would recommend here over anywhere here in town there work is perfect and they have everything in stock... Definitely an A+, 5 Star Business

April 5th, 2019 Came back the next day to have my 2012 VW Jetta hooked up and they did an amazing job indeed it was done right the first time no issues at all this place definitely blows Any other audio place in town out of the water completely Great Job ROB and Team, I will definitely be back. April 6th, 2019 Back again for my 3rd vehicle 2011 Ford Edge to get decked out with everything this place is where it’s at they have everything in stock and ready for you and it’s not high or over priced at all these guys are like the pimped out crew for-sure anything you want done I believe if anybody can do it these guys can no BS. April 20th. 2019 Back again to the experts but this time only to grab a few parts that I need to install a car stereo in which there prices are great and they always show love to the loyal customers plus they always have what you need in stock definitely...

🤮Disgusted with this place. Was over charged 1st. Then I bring to get front, back dash installed. I pick it up and .......every time I put in different gear the camera turned off then back on, UNLESS in reverse. If backing up it stayed off. Even had fabric hanging down where they put wires under. Didn't put back the way it was 2nd time either. Hardly anything was working right AND they were rude and cocky!!! I had to bring it back because of all the problems ie: not working! They had wired all wrong (had friend who also installs happened to be in town look at it and said all screwed up!) They wouldn't let me talk to installers my 1st or 2nd trip. Got car back. Now knob keeping camera on stand was missing so now slides off AND they wired a small rear view mirror light so can't turn off. Wasn't like that going in but I'm sure they will say not them. I read some reviews on the net and owner was very rude so not surprised his workers were rude to me also. Not poor customer service, NO customer service!! SAVE TIME AND A LOT OF MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! GET IT DONE RIGHT THE 1ST TIME. ...
