This place is a scam! Message the owner on Facebook about a lawn mower they had advertised and he told me the price and I ask for his hours and said I would be down to purchase it. I drove an hour to get here and lo and behold when I walk in They have a more similar to it but it was $100 more and the manager said that they don't have the one on Facebook and they can't even get it. I told him I talked to the owner and he said that he was the manager and he couldn't do anything about it. I knew this was going to happen..... Inquired about a refrigerator on Facebook that was advertised, spoke to a man named Ravi and he said it was available and to come on down, gave me the address and hours. I get there, ask about the refrigerator and they said they don't have it, tried to upsell me to a more expensive model. I said I spoke to Ravi online, the "manager" in the store told me they never had that model and was unwilling to help me out. What a joke. This place should be shut down. That's what you get for trying to buy from a liquidation place....

This was my first time as a customer at VASS. I felt the need to post a review to express what a great experience I had. The customer service was exceptional, communication was perfect, and responses were fast! This is exactly how every business needs to be run. Not only did I get what I was looking for at a great price- they were able to deliver with great service, even on a Sunday morning! Wow! I cannot express my gratitude enough....
