Bojangles — Restaurant in Rockingham

The worst experience ever. I went to this location and was treated with such disrespect by the lady behind the counter. I came in and said I had an online order and the lady interrupted me to say “we only do Door Dash orders we don’t do online orders”. There are 3 parking spaces for online app orders and a sign on the door stating “scan this QR code to download the app and order before you come”. At this point I am young lady came up to me in-front if the other lady and asked me what the name was and I told her and she handed me my order. Of course I checked my food to make sure it was right and the original lady who was rude and she said “YOU CAN’T OPEN THAT, ONLY THE CUSTOMER CAN”. Then I said again that I am the customer and I made the order and it is my food and I can open it. Further, my order was wrong and had fries instead of Bo rounds, when I said this was wrong she said “we don’t have anymore Bo rounds”. Then after that I explained that the biscuit was also wrong and she then said nothing to me and said something to the cook about it. Once they had the right biscuit the rude lady handed it to me. I left and called customer service and the lady on the customer service line took my information and said she logged the report and she then apologized to me for my bad customer service experience. She was very robotic and not genuine. Then hours later the assistant manager called me and “apologize” for my experience. Again not genuine and robotic, they were all just checking the box to say they fixed the problem. I am done with BoJangles. There are other place’s to get food. ‼️WARNING‼️ HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!! They take your order and have you park and wait (Several cars were waiting) when they bring your food out they don’t give you any forks, napkins, and they don’t ask if you need anything. My order was all messed up they gave us burnt bo berry biscuits instead of regular biscuits, they also gave us noodles and tried to call it Mac and cheese smh it had a stain of yellow to the noodles so bad my kids would not eat it come to find out the employees tell us they bought the mac and cheese from the store! We asked why they didn’t just tell people they are out of mac and cheese and the employee looked at us and sarcastically said “so yall can complain about something else?” At that point I’m over it and want a refund for my kids meals. The employee then had to have someone come from the back I’m guessing manager and his name is Doshamora and let me tell you Doshamora was mad about coming out to help. He had a very rude attitude like it was my fault my order was all wrong and they don’t have any other sides to give me. Doshamora just did not care matter of fact nobody in there cared lol he spoke to us with nothing but sarcasm ect. We got our refund and asked for Doshamora’s name but he told us it was Dah or whatever he said and when we asked the other employees they act like they did not know his name (name was on receipt) so as funny as everybody was we had to leave. If zero stars were possible, this place would get MINUS that. The drive thru line is ALWAYS backed up! Forget coming here to grab something quick to eat because if quick is what you want, THIS ain’t the place. I have sat in this drive thru line for literally 30 minutes at a time. That is beyond unacceptable and it’s been this way for YEARS now. Maybe going INSIDE will be a better bet you say…nope. I just got out my car to go inside to order and the line of people was so long, it was basically reaching the door. All the people in line looked just as disgruntled and pissed as the people in the drive thru. Last, but certainly not least, this store is out of BASIC Bojangles items WAY too frequently. Yesterday I came here and was told that there were no legs, so I would have to order all thighs. Ok, fine. That was much better than 2 weeks ago when my hubby tried to order chicken and the girl on the intercom said that they were OUT OF CHICKEN because they BURNED ALL THE COOKING GREASE. face palm

It is very obvious that the Bojangles powers-who-be care nothing about people’s time and money here in Rockingham. This is the absolute worst place of business that I have ever witnessed and as much as I love Bojangles food, I would be just as happy to see this place shut...
