On 7 December 2019 at about 10:10 am, I went to Taco Bell #27973 and ordered 8 Tacos. Staff was rude and slow. Tacos were cold and the meat was pink and smelled rancid. I called the store and asked the manager to look up the transaction and she refused. Serving uncooked / improperly prepared food is extremely dangerous and can cause people to go into anaphylactic shock requiring hospitalization.
Based on their hostile behavior, it was clear the staff at this location did this deliberately. Although I could find no receipt in the bag, I paid through credit card and have a record with BoA. This behavior and service is inexcusable for any restaurant or business.

I just had an experience 6 December 2018 at roughly 7:50 pm. I went through the drive through only to have the staff harass and mock me. This made it impossible to make an order, so I left. The store was not busy, with no other cars in the drive through and few parked outside the store.
I then called the store and the staff refused to let me speak to a manager (if one was even on duty), refused to give me the ID number of the store, and refused to give me the first name of the manager. They even corrected me by saying that it wasn't an "ID number" and that it was a "location number" as though this made any difference. Not the brightest people working in this store.
Everybody knows the food at Taco Bell is marginal. All you are left with is the service. When the service is this bad, it is time to clean house and hire an entirely new batch of employees. Read moreI used door dash to order my family food ( two taco party packs ) to which we were to pick up. The pick up time was 3:54 exactly 13 minutes from the time we ordered. We picked up our order before 4 only to find that our food was cold. Not even warm but cold. The reason for this is because they put the food directly under the air conditioner vent on an ice cold counter. Anything warm that is put onto a cold surface will quickly lose heat. Not a great place to put hot food for pickup. In any case we brought the food back in and they said they would make us two more party packs. They even gave us free drinks while we waited. We waited an additional 25 minutes for them to make us our food which is interesting because our original order was only to take 13 minutes and they were not busy. Well once we finally got our food , these tacos were also cold and barely had any meat on them. They were like cold salads on tortillas. I have never had this experience with tacobell before and we have ordered from this location before. Further more, the girl who we initially informed of this problem was very nice but the older woman who I assume was the Manager did not have a very friendly demeanor. We waisted our time and money. Read moreThis location (Barton Blvd) has about 1 competent person working there. I ordered a mobile order and literally waited 1 hour for 5 items. They were standard items. No frills and they kept telling people they were out of rice, potatoes, and chips but they kept making things for drive through with chips. It’s absolutely ridiculous how slow they were. I about had a panic attack in there. I wish there was a Taco Bell closer I wish that I could talk to a manager. I wish that corporate would reach out. You can’t talk to anyone and so no resolutions are ever made. Here have two free taco coupons on us. You can’t use them at the same time though. 2 tacos for an hour wait. You have got to be kidding me. The place was filthy. You complain about being short staffed. Ok so either close inside and make it drive through only or close drive through and make it inside only. You obviously can’t multitask. Just continuously frustrated with this place. They also kept making orders for people that already picked up their food bc they weren’t clearing the queue out.
