I have been going to this place since it opened. I spend about $150 a week here. I am a regular customer, visiting a few times every week. I bought a product last night that was flavorless so it was stale. I thought ok, no problem, I will just return it tomorrow and exchange for something else. Nope. I was told they do not return or exchange anything unless there is something wrong with the product. Hello, there’s something wrong with the product. It’s stale, no flavor. The cashier said all she could do is give me a discount on a new one. I said ok, at least that would help a bit. She rang me up and gave me a $2 discount! Are you kidding me! If this is how you treat your loyal, returning, weekly customers then I will not support your business. There are too many Vape shops less than a 5 mile radius of your store. Don’t you want to keep your customers? I don’t think you care because today I was treated like I have never spent a dime in your store. I work hard for my money and thought I was building a rapport by supporting your local small business, but obviously not. Won’t be back.
