The UPS Store — Local services in Rockledge

UPS should re-evaluate whether they want their brand associated with this particular store. These people are trying to literally rob customers, and I will be checking with the Better Business Bureau and checking the consumer laws regarding charging practices.

I went in today and attempted to print a 1-page document off the copier/printer using a USB. The associate told me there would be a $2 charge for computer time, and I told him I was not using the computer. He said there would still be the $2 charge. Essentially they want to force people to use (or pay for use) of the computer when it is not necessary. The printers are USB compatible.

I take real issue with the additional charge when someone using the exact same product (the copier/printer) to print off a 1-page document would be charged approximately $0.20. They either need to charge EVERYONE using the printer $2 usage fee for the 1st page or they need to install printers that do not accommodate USB's.

But currently, these are illegal consumer practices and I will be contacting the BBB as well. I have used this store regularly, but I will not be patronizing this store anymore. Neither will I be using UPS (there are way too many alternatives out there...FedEx anyone) until they take some action to reign in this ship store...

I sent my wife to ship a box, and asked them to print the label for me.

This store charged my wife $2.47 to print the label. Total scam!!

The label was already paid for, all they needed to do was print it.

Even then I have in the past only been charged for printing a sheet of paper about .15 cents, and with military discount as low as 13 cents.

But when my wife came here by her self, with my child they took advantage of her and charged her the cost of printing all sheets even thou only 1 was needed for the label. And they went as far as to charge $2.00 for “computer use”.

I went back after work and spoke with the manager and she said they charged my wife appropriately.

Because she found that to be appropriate I would let you the reader of this review to decide if it was appropriate!

I don’t recommend giving this store...

Beware.. months later, lies later n still no help from them.. going to court now because they lie cheat n steal from customers..

Don't go here you've been warned they will steal your packages lie to you the general manager Leah will have everything canceled make sure you use somewhere else this place is a con and a thief I will be contacting the BBV and the News these pictures of the packages or what's left of my family heirlooms one package is completely missing and yet they deny any wrongdoing whatsoever the management here is absolutely horrendous they do absolutely nothing but laugh about how corporate will do nothing and they will do nothing they will help you in no ways at all they will keep your money lie to you and Rob your property stay away go anywhere else but...
