CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Rockledge

I received deplorable customer service from the people in the pharmacy section of the CVS on Fiske Blvd. in Rockledge on a recent evening. They acted like I was bothering them by bringing them my business. For a moment, I wondered if there was a hidden camera — that’s how bad it was.

A worker who came over to me became visibly frustrated because I had a coupon for my prescription. She rudely told me to go stand in another area and wait for someone to assist me. As she walked back toward a colleague and the pharmacist with a bow tie, she snarked, and I quote: “I’m not doing this one. One of y’all can take it.” To say that loud enough for the customer to clearly hear? Unbelievable.

The bow tied-pharmacist was the one to “assist” me, and he was equally discourteous. He used a stern, negative tone throughout our interaction. After he told me my prescription would take more time, I said I’d be back to pick it up. He said nothing. Being an optimist, I waited a few more seconds and said “thank you” before walking away. Not so much as an “OK,” “See you then,” or any sort of acknowledgement from him. He just ignored me.

Well, I can’t ignore this. Hopefully, the CVS store manager and regional management...

Firstly, to get ME to write a review for ANY place is like winning the lottery. Ive always felt judged by pharmacies until I came here. Here your pharmacist will make SURE your not doing anything other then you are supposed to, on top of that he has been very kind to me no matter how busy he gets. He cares for his people and I would bet my dollar on that. Thank you for your compassion, verifications ettc... EVERY other CVS deserves a pharmacist like YOU. Someone who cares. AND at the other review from C Suarez, well DUH fiske cvs took ALLLLLL of us 1 cvs customers that shut down. They are busier than ever. Give them some time to adjust to the volume of people they are serving. I been with fiske for years and these issues just ONLY started. Give them a break for christ's sake. I promise after they adjust you will be treated like family. By the way, I'm from Brooklyn NY and have an IMPECCABLE judge of character. I get taken to meetings to weed out snakes. seriously. Give them a shot...

This store has been absolutely terrible since they closed the CVS on US1. The technicians that help fill the prescriptions are so incredibly rude. Not the pharmacist themselves, but the ladies that check you out at the counter behind the pharmacy. I have had two be incredibly rude to me. One told me I could not do a walk-in vaccine even though there's a giant sign right there that says walk-ins welcome. And then just now I was trying to get a prescription refilled and go home so I can go to bed because I'm sick. But the lady was incredibly rude and said that I would have to come in and wait 30 to 45 minutes because there were other people ahead of me. Despite the fact that there were no lines, there was nobody at the counter. She was just being a b for no reason. Guess it's time for me to finally find...
