The lady at the front counter made me feel pretty unwelcome.. I greeted her with a smile and a "good morning!" She literally said hello, looked at my paperwork and told me to "comeback with the required documents" then looked at the guy behind me and asked what he needed. I stepped aside and when she finished with him she closed the window even though I was still standing right there wanting more information. She finally did help me a little bit but it was as if I was bugging her or wasting her time. I love my city but yikes that was not a...
