I went to O'Reillys to purchase fan belt dressing. At the counter was a girl with a nose ring and I asked her where the fan belt dressing was. She looked at me like I had two heads. Two other employees were in the store and one of them was a few feet from her and he heard my question, nothing from him. She pointed her finger at him and he seemed like he didn't want to help her, finally, he said aisle 6. Why would you place a new employee at the counter with no experience of products? Shouldn't she first stock the shelves to learn about where the products are? That's the reason I quit purchasing products from Auto Zone. Nothing but women and none of them had any auto parts training. I left O'Reillys and visited Auto Zone and an employee walked me where the product was.
