I am writing this review formally to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding an incident that occurred on October 7, 2025, at your Rocky Mount, NC location. During my visit, I witnessed a verbal altercation involving a manager, a customer, and one of your employees. The situation escalated in front of other staff and customers, and the manager’s behavior was highly unprofessional—marked by a disrespectful tone and poor conflict resolution. This incident could have—and should have—been handled in a more respectful and constructive manner. As a long-time customer, I have always appreciated the convenience and service your store provides. I shop here regularly, but after this experience, my family and I no longer feel comfortable supporting a business that allows such behavior from its leadership.
