My mom ordered a gourmet gift basket with fruit specifically, for my birthday thru Teleflora. Yesterday, I received a basket from another florist who seemed to fling things into a basket, with no sense of flair. It didn't have one piece of fruit. Mom calls Teleflora and they refund her. She then places the order again with the request of a second florist-not sure what they are all about but they don't do gourmet baskets. So, at 330, mom and I think that Teleflora dropped the ball. I walk out of work to go home and a nice man with an awesome blonde mohawk is hopping out of Flowers and Gifts of Rocky Mount's van. He goes in the back, not wasting anytime, and comes up to me and asks my name. Sure enough, it was my gift basket! With the most beautiful, fresh fruit that had clearly been hand-picked. And, an amazing cheese selection with crackers. Ritter bars galore! And so much more! Thank you all for coming thru with the most amazing basket I have ever received-I have been receiving them for over 15 years now and you all are by far, the best. In the end, I'm glad the other florists fell through because we found a gem! I can't wait for my next delivery. Merry...

Ordered flowers for wife early Valentines Day Morning to be delivered at her job minutes away from florist. I went to conduct Board mtg at church where i serve as Pastor. Retuned home about same time as wife arrived around 6:30PM, expecting her to be excited about receiving my order at work. She entered home stating nothing regarding receiving anything. I thought to myself.. Hmm..... I called to confirm order was deliver and was informed.. "I'm sorry, we couldn't deliver today.. Will tomorrow be okay"?... REALLY??? REALLY??? You're asking me... If it's okay.. To deliver Valentine's flowers to my wife's work... The day AFTER Valentines Day... ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!? And no one there thought to call me???? I insisted that they be delivered ASAP to my residence in Wilson, NC TONIGHT. At 8:47PM Florist arrives with flowers. 12 hrs after order placed this morning. What business would EVER consider or suggest that it's okay to celebrate such a heart felt occassion AFTER the Special day is over... AND to suggest that my wife and her colleagues would be JUST FINE with a "DAY LATE" delivery????? REALLY?? REALLY?? Signed, Rev James...

On Sunday the 14th, 2021, I placed an order for a sympathy bouquet from a large national flower company. The flowers were supposed to be delivered the next day. I received an email saying they were delivered. They weren't. I called the next day and had them send a replacement. Same issue. Email notification saying they were delivered when they weren't. I called and demanded a refund. I told them I would find someone local. A simple Google search brought me to Flowers and Gifts of Rocky Mount. I ordered a sympathy bouquet from their website and it was actually delivered!! Not only were they delivered, but they are gorgeous!
