I boarded my sweet dog here for two weeks and left three large containers of food. Staff started giving her different food after the first container ran out. I didn’t realize until I got her home and saw the different type of food in her bag. My dog has been visibly uncomfortable, constipated, and sick since we brought her home because of the abrupt change in her diet. When I called and asked why they gave her random dog food instead of contacting me, I was told by the staff that they just had so many dogs and were too busy, then she hung up on me as I was explaining how badly this had affected my dog. Another staff member said they didn’t call me because owners are usually out of town — what?? Of course we’re out of town, but you have our cell number! Ridiculous. Will never use...

When I entrust a business with the care of my dog, it should not be taken lightly. Much like when a parent entrust a childcare with their child. The owner of each one is the responsible. When you are given written instructions on how to care for someone’s fury child that is what you do. You do not make any changes without first attempting contact with the owner. Your employee Jackie appears to think it is alright to do this. This makes me believe she has your blessing to do so. Do not think that your responsibility can be signed away. HORRIBLE FACILITY! I only left my dog for 2 and a half days with them. They didn't feed her and I know this because the small bag of dog food I left with them should have been empty if they feed her the amount of food I specified and it was over halfway full. I also got my dog back still wet from her bath and she had scrapes all on her legs and what looks like a bite mark above her eye. Spend the little extra money and take your fur babies somewhere they will actually be taken care of. I am never using this...
