I rarely post reviews, but I felt like I needed to for this location. I don't know what has happened within the past year and a half, but the Taco Bell at the Sunset Ave location has become the best in my book. The food is better than at other locations, the service is reasonably fast, and all the staff are great. Side note: A few days ago I had forgotten to order something for my family and got back in line after receiving my main order. The cashier had just stepped away to help one of the other team members at the drive thru window, so no one was at the register (Don't worry management, there was no one else in the restaurant at the time other than me). One of the team members who had been prepping food for orders saw me standing at the counter and came over to see if I had an issue with my order. I went thru the line got a dipping taco box the dipping taco was hot off the press not so much for my chalupa. Instead of asking for a new one for free I went through the line asked for fresh expecting different results. There wasn’t a difference so I went inside to ask for a fresh one. I was met by a young woman by the name of Sara. She was attentive no attitude when I had a complaint. No looks of disbelief or how dare you. She served me with smile made me a fresh bread and filling for the chalupa. One of the best I have had since getting them as child. Her attitude and willingness to make it right made me want to come back and give them another chance. Read moreI did a delivery order at part of my order was missing. I called and the woman who answered passed the phone to the manager when I told her part of my order was missing. He answered then I was told that I had the wrong store before even getting the information. Once he had the information he told me I only got my ordered items and only listed ½ of my order when a women in the background corrected him. Upon being corrected he got nasty with her and told me I didn't need to get an attitude that he would give me the food even though it wasn't on the order. I told him I had the receipt and he said he didn't need the receipt he would just fix the food.
