I ate here a couple days ago and had a great experience. I asked the cashier about the spring rolls because I don’t like spring rolls with the hard wrapping. She said it was just like that it not exactly like the regular egg roll wrapping. I gave it a chance and ordered one. My daughter enjoyed it very much because it was the same wrapping as a regular egg roll. Today when I went ordered shrimp hibachi and vegetable. Then I placed another order for 4 spring rolls. When I opened my order I noticed that it was the wrapping that I did not like. I asked the manager Brandon for a refund because this was not what I wanted. Without an apology he proceeded to tell me that I didn’t know what I was talking about because this was all they had. I explained that I understand that it may not have been what they usually carried, but maybe someone made a mistake when wrapping the spring roll. Either way I did not want it. He refused to give me my money back. He did not one time apologize. He said well I mean I can give you another item, which I did not want because I already have food. Read moreUPDATE: We have begun visiting this restaurant again. So far, there have been no bad experiences. They have started using rectangular plastic compartment trays that won't crush like the paper ones. They use one of the small compartments to place your sauce cup so everything is in one tray. We usually order hibachi chicken with mixed veggies and have plenty of food. ✅ We have not patronized this restaurant since May 2020 due to one of the drive up window servers constantly being rude. We were easily spending $300/month here until then. No one responded back from a previous review or phone call, so we stopped spending our money there. A shame. Other people were nice, but we couldn't keep being treated rudely by that one person who was there at the window on a regular basis and then acting like we had an agenda against her. Read moreNobody’s around when you enter…after a few minutes I walk to the end of the counter and see a bell to ring for service—bell rung no service— can hear activity from the back—looking around I see a kiosk..Oh….place your order by machine…I go to sit and wait after an email tells me my order has been placed…2 minutes later an older man comes in rings the bell and someone pops out takes his order and disappears back into the back. He gets his order and two others before I do. I finally get my order and instead of taking it to go I sit and open it to a steaming pile of shrimp which I am allergic to— again thankfully I wasn’t already home before I found out— Service person tells me that I ordered shrimp and chicken but they would do me the favor of making it how I wanted— her attitude was trash—the chicken cubes were mediocre but the best part of the meal—mushrooms sautéed to oblivion and the cubed steak was from the cheapest cut of meat and super tough and that was before it cooled down and became rawhide—-all this for $20 a plate—-save your money and go...
