Harbor Freight — Local services in Rocky Mount

I never had a problem with Harbor Freight in Rocky Mount North Carolina until March 27th 2019 the problem I had was I went to take my spray gun back which was clogged up i had a year warranty on this product I was told since this store open as long as I have a extended warranty if something happens or go wrong to this product to bring it back and we will exchange it out because its covered under warranty I have done this several times throughout my year warranty because of the product which really isn't a great quality product which my warranty is no where near close to being over with .so I go grab new spray gun go to the cashier as I always do which it looks to me that she really dont want to be at work today i tell her that I'm exchanging this gun because it's clogged she ask did I have a receipt I said yes then she tells me after 90 days I cannot Exchange it I told her I had a year warranty on his product she tells me you can only exchange once within your year warranty it's a one time use I said wow really so why haven't no one told me this in the past then she say I'm going to do it this time but you can't exchange anymore after this time like if she was doing me a favor but I had a year warranty so that's the only favor I needed because I paid for it so I'm going to use it.I just feel like I'm being ripped off because if it's a one-time use on a product with a one year warranty its not even worth paying for a warranty if it's a one-time use. They dont have to worry about me never again so I'm telling y'all now to be careful about these warranties something not right about it if thats the case or she just don't know what she's...

Honestly. The employees are surprisingly good for a new store. However they hired so well is great.

Right as of when I post this the coupons are amazing for New Years if you have given them your address. I love having all my receipts emailed me. Helps me with my taxes at the end of year. Harbor Freight actually has good tools. Not great, but good.

I wear their gloves every day. Their impact sockets are great. They survive professional use. Just be aware that not everything is good. It's a good idea to check reviews.

They have some deals on other auto supply places, but while the packages are different you can rarely get a better deal...

If I could give one star I would apparently Harbor great has come up with this stupid policy that if you return a defective engine or a defective item. You get charged 25%. Restocking FEE when I called the Home Office they told me that it is up to the store if they want to charge the 25%.
