My receipt for my online order wasn’t emailed so when I showed up I asked for a receipt and the employee directed me to a paper on the box that was only a breakdown of the flavor of donuts ordered - this paper did not include my order total. I asked for a receipt with a total and explained that it was not emailed and this is a COMPANY CARD so I need a receipt with the total. She said “we don’t do that” which is illegal considering you have to provide a receipt for tendered sales. I explained my situation again and was told again they absolutely couldn’t do it. I request to see the manager because I’m running late for work and the event we were hosting now. I had to explain the entire situation again to the manager. AGAIN I’m told “we don’t do that”. I want to make it clear, I don’t care what you DON’T usually do for online orders, I care about what you CAN do and I know you can print a receipt. I felt like I was dealing with laziness and an unwillingness to help the “white girl” by your employees and must only be causing an issue for them because I’m white and they are not because apparently they think that’s what we do. Once they realized I wasn’t leaving without a receipt the manager got my order number and would you believe it? She was able to print one. I’d like to understand why this was not done from the start? I do understand that normally, you wouldn’t print a receipt for an online order because it gets emailed - however, I explained several times it was not emailed to me. It shouldn’t take 15 minutes and several employees to do this - it seems pretty simple to me. Myself and my company (who have placed many orders at this location) will never do so again, though, based on my treatment, I highly doubt you care. But, I hope the customers...
Read moreI only stopped by because they was offering me my birthday glazed dozen for free. I had a coupon for $7.99 I was going to do on a separate order for my aunt. There customer service has really gotten bad. One there were several employees there. The had hot donuts coming off belt line no one was watching them so they all started to pile up. So everyone was running around trying to grab boxes and trays to get them. I ordered the two dozen and they gave me the cold hard donuts they would not give me the fresh donuts coming off the line. Then for the coupon I printed it out that's what the email said I could do. But Ki ki the person waiting on me the supervisor was saying no we can't take that. You must have the email pulled up on your phone to scan. She was very rude and she looked very irritated to be there. Am pretty much done with this location. There quality of service and there quality of food that they offer to you. When you travel just to get there products it's just...
Read moreThe manager, Ebonie, was not helpful and very curt in her mannerism. I felt I was overcharged when paying for a dozen of doughnuts, totaling over $10 because the extra charges for limited time selections is not posted at the drive thru. Her response was, "I don't know if it's out there or not, it's posted in here." So, how did she think I was supposed to see that. Then she said, well there was a little sign posted, it may have blown away. Point is, the information was not posted, yet she would not credit the $1.80, she curtly said/asked, "You want me to take them out?" the drive-thru was filling up, she didn't offer other selections, there was no listing in which I could choose from at the window, I don't frequent the chain so I couldn't recall the choices,...it was a disappointment in customer service (initially from the cashier, Paula) and bad management. I guess as long as they got the most money from the transaction, they were...
