They will tell you that they are corporate when you ask to speak to someone over them but the corporate office is in GA.

They will harass people who actually pay and communicate with them.

I told them to draft my final payment on a certain day and instead they sent a letter that begins with:

“Neglecting to make payments and refusing to answer our letters and calls is making it extremely difficult for us to work with you”

They know how to reach me, I answer at any time. The problem is they treat everyone like they will default when they shouldn’t. That is a terrible way to begin a letter after I have communicated with you when to draft my payment.

Meanwhile my balance is $0 so the letter was delayed but it’s terrible how they communicated to the bureau that I’m late according to the letter. I explain to draft the final payment.

It’s really petty if you ask me. I was a recurring customer but I won’t be back to this...

I've been with this company for two years now and I have not had any issues. The money you spend is for the quantity you receive. They call days before delivery to make sure I was available, they made sure to let me know the phone has to be answered so they can confirm my things for delivery.
