If I could give this review 0 stars I would because I had high expectations going in and they were not met at all. I was recommended this store by my aunt and uncle who brought a mattress from here several months ago and they had a fantastic experience. They talked all about how great and nice their sales man was and how he educated them on the different types of mattresses and how he helped them find the right one for them. This was not the experience I had. My aunt had forgot her salesperson’s name but they were able to describe him and when I walked in I was greeted by someone who did not fit the description I was given. This sales person we encountered was pleasant but they took us directly to their bed test system. My aunt had mentioned it and said it really worked as she thought it was bull at first but her salesperson took the time to explain and use the system to match her and my unlce’s body with the right mattress. Again, this was NOT the experience me and my husband had. I let on that my aunt had brought previously from there and give the description of her salesperson only to be informed he wasn’t with the company anymore so my husband wanted to go right then but we did our test and we were shown the mattresses on our list and asked how we felt. None of the mattresses we were shown felt comfortable to us. I like one by myself and my husband liked two of the six and my husband can sleep fine on the floor. None of the mattresses we were shown were less than $2,000 so there’s that. I started asking questions as far as what were the differences between the mattresses and why only one felt decent to me and I was given a run around answer about it’s science and it will feel different in the store versus my house. I’m sorry but if I had $2000-$3000 for a mattress I would not spend it on a mattress I AM NOT able to get the correct feel in the store. THAT IS LUDICROUS. When my questions were being dodged I wanted to leave. My husband was looking around while I was quizzing the salesperson on our bed report and my husband found a mattress he liked for about $800-$900 which was in line with what we were looking to spend. We were told that mattress was not the right one for our body but if we liked it we could get it. By this point me and my husband were both a little annoyed by the whole interaction and we decided to politely excuse ourselves from the store. I called my aunt from the car to verify the store because I was certain we went to the wrong mattress store but she said the one next to McDonalds and the off brand grocery store and this store is located next to a McDonalds. I don’t know whether my aunt had a better salesman or a better con artist but beware of this store because they will try their best to get you to buy an expensive overpriced mattress in the name of “science” that may not even feel the same way in your house as in the store. SN: We did find a good mattress around the corner from this store at the local Mattress Firm. Rodney was our salesperson and he was very nice helpful and knowledgeable about their products and he helped us find a great comfortable mattress for $799 and we got free pillows and a protector. He was great simply by asking us simple questions about our needs and not trying to sell us on some bed science bull () to get us on $2,000-$3,000 mattresses that make college dorm bunks...

Leslie and Jennifer were outstanding and provided top notch customer service. Would recommend anyone to come here before going anywhere else.

Update Delivery was made on 9/15/2022. The two guys that came were sketchy and had taken money from my wife’s purse. My wife works from home and was alone and when she discovered that her wallet was taken from her purse and magically appeared on the counter after confronting them about it, she calls me. I come home and watch these two scum bags set my base and place the mattress. It wasn’t until they left that she discovered that $50 was missing from her purse. We called corporate to complain about it but received a answering machine. Placed 2 messages to call back and have not heard a thing. Went to the store but Leslie was not working and will not be back until Saturday. I will touch base with her then…. I would not recommend delivery from these outsourced, unprofessional people they find. They didn’t see me standing there when I first got home and they were using foul language talking to one another about another individual, not sure if they work with the other person or what but when they saw me standing there, they quickly changed their demeanor.

My wife and I we’re looking for a mattress ( be advise she is very picky). When we arrived at the store we were greeted by “Tim” very pleasant salesman stating “hi if you need any help I am here…. Do you have any questions?” We both said no, we will Let you know. He acknowledged. We felt very relaxed and thought maybe we have found a salesman that’s not trying to “SLAM” us in a mattress we don’t need. After browsing for a bit we (should I say the wife) found one and she fell in love with. We called for Tim and WOW!!! He came over he began to explain the intricacies of the product we had chosen. By the time he had finished, I was ready to buy 3 more!!!! (The wife said one will be fine) His knowledge, demeanor, and his approach to his customers satisfaction is very rare today. If I was a manager, I would have the new salesman /woman train with him or better yet, promote him to regional manager position to ensure all salesmen/women can learn his special technique in customer service and satisfaction!!!!! If there were 10 stars Tim would have them!!! He is a rare gem!!! Don’t...
