My now husband worked directly with the owner, Joanna, to custom make by engagement ring, incorporating the stone from his grandmother's engagement ring. Joanna also helped him design a custom necklace and earrings that I wore on my wedding day, using the remaining stones from my husband's grandmother's engagement ring and wedding band. This is an excellent place to get anything jewelry related. If the don't have it in the store, they can order it. If they can't order it, they can make it. I wanted a Calla Lily charm for my wife's charm bracelet and there were no options for buying one so Julie just made one. It was beautiful and as nice or nicer than other mass produced pieces and it's a one-off charm. On top of that, as if that wasn't enough, everyone that works there is knowledgeable of their products and services and extremely polite and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place...

Got my 6 year old daughter's ears pierced there. They only do ear piercings if your at least 6 years old. If your child is 5.. Don't go! No acceptions. The lady that pierced my daughter's ears was very friendly, explanatory and helpful. Also an older gentlemen was there and he was very nice and talkative to my daughter. There was a short black haired lady that worked there! She's NOT nice or helpful.. My daughter has Autism and she WAS NOT considerate or understanding of that.. I didn't appreciate...
