I always go to Target whenever I'm in Rocky Mount NC. I pick up items that aren't carried in stores in my hometown. The cashiers are all friendly and helpful. Update 5/27/19: Granted this Target location is the closest to my hometown which is 45 minutes away it's very disappointing to see the ethnic hair care aisle only have a small corner and such a small assortment for natural hair. I have naturally curly hair and so does my two daughter's and it's pretty much just a tiny area with not much to choose from and some of the prices for what you do find are a bit pricey. I don't mind paying for quality products. Other Target locations I've visited had a huge amount of natural products for curls, waves and spirals and they were well stocked and mindful of the need to diversify their hair care aisle. Read moreLast night while shopping I witness a very disturbing event. Your security manager aggressively harassed and kicked out a black couple for going around a Black Friday line rope. I did the exact same thing because it was so unorganized and the staff seemed to only be helpful to the customer who looked a curtain way. I have a video of the event I will share soon. The part that bothered me was when I finished my shopping I stood at the front of the store to wait for my family and I heard the security manager say to the other security officer that he wasn't going to stand for "those people" causing problems. The reason I know he was the security manager was because I asked the officer and I mentioned how horrible of a person the manager was and the officer agreed. Just a heads up, you should really do yourself a favor & fire your Electronics/Collectibles employee Jason cause I'm not sure he understands what CUSTOMER SERVICE actually means as Jason is extremely stand-offish & really unwilling to help beyond saying “if it's not on the shelf we don't have it anywhere”, despite sites saying they're in stock & other employees going in back without having to be asked bringing back an entire case of what Jason just said wasn't anywhere in store. If he hates doing his job so much & If it's such an inconvenience for customers to try & ascertain whether or not they have a product in stock they've been bombarded with emails from Targets site saying come get this now every other day, why would you work in a CUSTOMER SERVICE job to begin with?
