You don't come across many businesses that truly care about their customers these days!
I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of customer service I received at Bella Bridesmaid. Each and every person at the store, Sandy, Isabelle, Lori, Meredith... took extra time and care to ensure everything was perfect for me and my bridesmaids! They're huge selection made selecting my bridesmaid dresses very easy. And with bridesmaid all over the country, they made it very convenient for everyone to place their order. The dresses came in early and they're absolutely perfect!!!
What speaks greater volume, I had ordered my reception dress in ivory back in April. When it came in in July I picked it up and tried it on at home. I quickly noticed that it wasn't made correctly, as you were able to see the padding through the bodice. I called the store to calmly explain the issue and asked if I could come in to try it on for them later that afternoon. They accommodated me without hesitation. As soon as I got to the store, Isabelle said that she had already spoken with the designer to come up with a plan to fix the issue. After sending some photos back to the designer, their production team decided to make a whole new dress for me and promised to have it sent within 3 weeks.
Although the designer wasn't able to correct the issue, even after making the new dress, Bella Bridesmaids communicated with me through the whole process, apologized countless times (even though it wasn't their fault at all!), and refunded me for the dress. The amount of time and effort they put into trying to make things right for me was greatly appreciated and so comforting... I am so grateful for that!
I wish I could shop at Bella Bridesmaids all the time just based on the level of customer service I received! Can't wait to share photos of my bridesmaids...

Lauren was so patient with me the entire time and helped me when I was getting frustrated. After leaving the first visit still confused what color blue I wanted and which dress to pick, I became very anxious. I called Lauren the following week to set up another appointment. I sent her various emails asking about different designers. Instead of getting frustrated and impatient, she sent me an email with every dress they had in stock at their store that comes in the selected blues I was asking about. I live about an hour and a half away, and Lauren knew I needed to pick my dress in the next visit. She had dresses ready to go when we got there and was very prepared for my visit. Once she saw I was becoming confused with the "dusty blue" Color I wanted, she started to try on dresses with my sister (Talk about being treated like GOLD). She put out a navy blue dress (the color my groomsmen would wear) and my accent color, burgundy, to show me what every thing would look like together. Her and my sister would try on dresses and stand next to the navy blue and burgundy to show me how each one would look. After reading my post, you are probably thinking "wow that girl sounds like she was a rough customer and a pain to deal with" - which I probably totally was. BUT Lauren did not make it seem like that at all, and she was SO patient with me and caring about my big day. I could not be more appreciative of everything she did for me! I would give this store a 10/5...

They go with your largest size mine off which was bust, and that's how they determine your size. I wanted to go up in size because I was planning on being pregnant, which unfortunately didn't happen. When I got the dress I could NOT zip it up about 4 inches to where it was supposed to be. And no I did not gain any weight at all. It took 2 people to zip it up forcefully, once on it was somewhat comfortable but the problem with the reason of not being able to zip it is because of my rib cage, even if I went on a crash diet it would do no good because it is just skin and ribs. Now I have to be completely uncomfortable after spending $300 on this stupid dress.
My friend had the same experience but worse and had to rush order at an alltertions place to add fabric which is completely different from the dress color but she had no choice. She spent $200 in just that alltertions so her dress really cost over $500!!! The seamstress told her they measure there completely wrong and it is unacceptable. Once you buy your dress they wash their hands of you and you are responsible for alterations even though they measured wrong!!! I am utterly disgusted with this business. Avoid at...
