Walgreens — Local services in Rocky River

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE IN THE DRIVE THRU and even worse once I talked with the pharmacist! Saw my doctor on Tuesday am by 6 pm this Walgreens still did not have my order. Called the Dr. on Wednesday am - shot the order over to Walgreens AGAIN. Gave Walgreens an extra day - went through the drive through fully expecting to receive my medicine. I waited 20 minutes before someone even came to the window. Then she says hold on the prescriptions is only partially filled, let me ask the pharmacist about it. I waited another 7 minutes before she came back. I said I have been waiting for almost a half hour and saw several people being taken care of inside. Left without my medicine. Called 1/2 hr. later - can't find the prescription and have to call the doctor. FORGET WALGREENS - NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM, driving 1/2 mile further to CVS. Tired of the attitude and lack or professionalism...

Went in to make 2× 2 photos at Scott 10 am. 7/22/21 and the photo area had no lights on and I looked on one of the photo monitors and it said if anyone was trying to make photos then they can't because there was a problem.... It said something like 4×6 photos where not working. So I turned around because no body was around and out of the blue some lady walked to me and said photo office is closed we have no paper. How can a photo place run out of paper editor without no body knowing? That's crazy.... Either she was lieing and didn't want to work or they where short staffed but it hard to believe they ran out of paper. Never coming back here because there is always a problem when I come here. They always say they are out of product! Who ever the manager is all I have to say...

nice food but some of the workers can get on my nerves one time my dad took me my brother my sister and 4 other people when there, one of my fiends dropped a glass bottle most of the workers didn't really care as long as we payed for the broken one but one of the workers were really annoying about it and keeped telling us that we had to pay double the amount even though her co-worker said we dont multiple times.good place though and time...
