Went to return my rental and had a similar experience as the last reviewer. Told me that I would have to purchase the book because I brought it back in damaged condition even though that is how I received the book. They need more consistency across their employees and company, if they are gonna send me a book in damaged condition then they should take it back in that condition. Or at least an online system that can keep track of condition so that I’m not accused of damaging the book. Will never rent or purchase from this bookstore again, cheaper prices and better customer service...
