I see Robin at Melloy for all of my work. She does absolutely amazing threads work. I recently had my thrid set of threads done with Robin. The thing about threads is no matter how good the injector is there may be some pain. Melloy recently got a chiller machine. I’m not sure of the techincal description but it shoots sun zero air at your face while the injector is working. Not only did it lessen my pain during the procedure but I’ve healed so much faster and had less pain over the last few days. Honestly I’m in shock about how well it worked. I seriously cannot recommend Maddie enough as a laser tech! Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she also makes the whole tattoo removal process way less intimidating (and honestly, even kinda fun). I actually look forward to my appointments now!

She’s super knowledgeable, always makes sure I know what to expect, and somehow keeps me laughing through it all. Half the time, I don’t even notice how uncomfortable it is! From day one, she made me feel totally at ease.
