Pollo Campero — Restaurant in Rogers

A family member of ours had ordered $130 worth on August 2nd, 2020 through the phone. They said it'll be ready by 11am-12pm. We came to pick it up and was disappointed by the lack of customer service.

We were told that it'll be 30 minutes because the workers had too many orders, even though we had ordered a day in advance. And while we waited another family came to pickup their order and it wasn't ready. Over heard they didn't want to wait 30 minutes also because they called the order this morning and expected it to at least be ready. They refuse to wait and got their refund back and took their money elsewhere.

While we waited 30 minutes many other families came with the same complaint. Then the worker who worked on August 2nd, 2020 asked us to wait another 10 minutes. Overall experience it was dreadful and not worth ANYONES time to wait for. They didn't even give us a discount for the trouble and mix up.

I do not recommend ANYONE to this Pollo Campero until service is brought back to...

The food is wonderful but....... we went there 4 days ago and paid 32- something for 18 piece chicken 2 sides of beans and rice, 2 sides of French fries and a bunch of tortillas. We just went back for the same thing and they charged 30 dollars for 8 pieces and no sides, no tortillas. We tried to ask the cashier what the difference between now and 4 days ago was, she said they changed it. We broke her math down for her and we were still over charged according to her own math. We asked to speak to a manager, she said she was the manager. Finally she got an actual manager on the phone. We were so irritated from the run around we ended up getting our money back, but not without being called Americans. Which we are but why should that matter? We just wanted some f'ing chicken. Anyway.... food is great but check your receipt if you're...

Dined in. Food was great. Not at all super greasy or anything, stayed crisp and hot even if it did take me a while to eat thanks to being chatty. The flan was some of the best flan I've had in a long time, not the stupid store bought stuff and it wasn't horribly gritty either, all perfectly smooth and thick as it should be! Caramel sauce was also great!

The sandwich was delicious, breading good, bun's good, chicken itself well cooked but still so juicy I had to wipe a few times. Perfection honestly.

Plantains reminded me of my abuela's place, miss her lots. Good food! Real good! Wasn't expecting it either but I definitely recommend it!

[Edit] After being refrigerated and finished off it still kept its great flavors and a majority of its good textures so a solid 10/10 if taken out as take out and not finished...
