The Dotted Pig Downtown — Local services in Rogers

I’ve recently discovered this gift shop after passing by for many years and admiring the windows, but just not stopping in. After visiting the other location and finding all sorts of fabulous stuff…I wound up in DTR visiting other shops and popped in to compare. More great stuff and more great staff. There is every imaginable gift or fun thing to buy here. Curated collection of beautiful things and the nicest staff. I asked one question about an item and they went above and beyond to let me know that it was coming in and that they would keep one for me! It’s appreciated greatly and I’m now a regular! I typically am not one to leave reviews, but the lady working was INCREDIBLY rude to my wife and I. The whole store has such a tense vibe. We also witnessed her absolutely lose her mind because someone else had a teenager with them carrying a CLOSED hydro flask. Our whole experience was uncomfortable and we will not be supporting this business ever again. It really kills the whole persona of how nice...

Be ware of their return Policy!!! I am giving them a 3 because of their return policy. Items must be returned within 7 days and only for Store Credit. I wanted to do all my shopping local but this makes it hard. Would be acceptable if it was a 7 day return back how you purchased and anything after that (maybe have a timeframe or receipt policy) goes on a gift card. I’ll be very careful before I make...
