I would not eat here again. The food was horrible, the staff was horrible and it can be seen that when a review is left that is unfavorable the blame game starts. I have eaten here a few times but the last time was beyond anything I can overlook to eat here again. It was if I didn't even exist. My appetizer order was ignored and when I asked about it I was told i didn't place it. My husband ordered and I was never asked what I wanted to eat. If you read reviews this fine establishment is quick to pass the blame instead of owning the problem. As I have said i have eaten here several times but this last time ruined any chance I can recommend or eat here again. The service was horrible, the food was horrible and instead of an apology the blame was passed to me. My husband was accused of yelling at me and embarrassing me and I can assure anyone that is the farthest from the truth. The waitress simply couldn't do her job and to state in your reply that my husband made her uncomfortable that is simply her fault. She couldn't do her job properly. We order queso. As you stated we have eaten there several times however it did taste like it was microwaved. As stated we have eaten there several times we know how long queso takes for you to prepare. it was prepared in record time. AKA as microwaving. NO you waitress didn't take my order at first until my husband asked her why she didn't get my order. Overall this was a horrible experience and as you replied in my husbands review to not come back I can assure you that we will not. Perhaps on your next bad review you will try to fix it instead of the blame game which you...

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Oz Smokehouse, and let me tell you, it was an impeccable experience from start to finish! This gem of a barbecue joint delivers not only mouthwatering food but an atmosphere and service that make you feel right at home. The star of the show was their cheese spread—oh my goodness, it was nothing short of awesome! Creamy, smoky, and bursting with flavor, it was the kind of dip you dream about long after the meal is over. Paired with their perfectly crisp crackers, it was a heavenly way to kick off the dining experience. Every bite of their slow-smoked meats was tender, juicy, and packed with that authentic Southern barbecue soul. The sides were just as impressive, with each dish crafted with care and precision, complementing the main event flawlessly. Beyond the food, the service was exceptional, and I have to give a special shoutout to our waitress Maliah , who was an absolute delight. Not only was she attentive, warm, and knowledgeable, but I couldn’t stop admiring her shoes! They were stylish, vibrant, and added such a fun flair to her already charming personality. It’s those little details that make a dining experience unforgettable. The ambiance at Oz Smokehouse is the perfect blend of rustic charm and welcoming vibes, making it ideal for a casual night out or a special gathering. Every aspect of this place, from the food to the staff, is executed with immaculate care. I’m already counting down the days until my next visit to indulge in that divine cheese spread and soak in the stellar hospitality. Oz Smokehouse, you’ve...

Really nice spot. They do take reservations but we were able to walk in and be seated immediately at 6:15. The menu looked to be a fusion of Mexican and BBQ.

We ordered the Oinker fries for an appetizer, my husband ordered the Brisket melt, and I got the loaded Mac and cheese.

Oinker fries were amazing and flavorful. They also brought us a sauce named Frodo's Tears to have on the side. It was really tasty- it wasn't a BBQ sauce but more like a hot sauce without the heat. 5 out of 5 for this dish

The loaded mac and cheese had very little flavor to it and the noodles were allllmost overdone. It had a ton of white american cheese in it. (I think?) It had the texture and flavor of the American cheese if that makes sense. It was sticky and stuck to the roof of my mouth. The brisket- while tender and good wasn't flavorful enough to overpower the blandness of the mac and cheese. It could truly be an amazing menu option but needs a couple more tweaks. If you like American cheese a lot this could be your jam right here. For me though? It didn't taste bad but I wouldn't order it again. 2.5 stars out of 5

The brisket melt my husband got had the same sticky cheese problem on it. The bread was toasted to perfection, but the cheese so bland that it blunted the flavor of the garlic and meat. My husband said he would give it a 4 out of 5. It was a 3 out of 5 for me.

The staff was amazing and attentive, and the atmosphere was fun. It was a great date night spot! I definitely want to come back and explore...

WOW!! I’m at a loss for words because this is amongst the best food experiences I’ve had in my 33yrs of life. My husband and I stopped in here on our 6yr anniversary trip for a casual lunch. We could have never expected the flavor trip we were about to go on. Our server was Austin and I’m not sure how much he makes, but I know it’s still not enough because his kindness, hospitality and service was at the highest level. We started with the wings and those were HOT, but so freakin good!! Entrees were BBQ dorito avocado tacos which I’m still craving as I write this as well as the triple threat bbq sandwich with queso fries. Those were both top tier eats as well. The drinks were fantastic as well! We finished out with the Bananas Foster bread pudding and sweet Jesus that was unreal! Best bread pudding I’ve ever had! We didn’t even tell them it was our anniversary, but we were treated like it which goes to show how much pride this place takes in their food and service. We can’t wait to come again one day!
