If I could give 0 stars for customer service and friendliness I would give it. Walked in today looking for my family because they were visiting this museum, the older lady with glasses that was present exclaimed to the woman she was speaking to “I’m wondering what all these people in here are doing!?” What a way to welcome someone into your museum and that definitely makes the individual feel comfortable and ready to join their family to explore the history you provide. Next time possibly start with “Hi, can I help you?” Or “Welcome, can I help you find something or show you around?” Those phrases tend to work like a charm with new visitors. As the short conversation went on she was rude from start to finish. I wish I had asked her name for this review but she was in such a hurry to get everyone out since she didn’t know what they were doing in the museum, apparently. If you don’t enjoy your job, find another one before you mess up an establishments reputation. I will not be going back or telling anyone about this museum. The other staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you to them!

There used to be an old curb that was created in the late 1800s. I love how old things like this curb were so well built that it was there 100 years later. The only reason that they removed this historically magnificent metal edged curb was so kids wouldn't skateboard on it. So they tore out history because of hatred for some skateboarders. I would like to say boo! Everyone boo these people. Boooooooo!! Just playing on the boos. But I do miss that curb. Nostalgia. No offense to the Rogers historical museum. It is just... Lame. The museum is cool though. I appreciate it (Bipolar?)

Truly a community gem! Fun for every age. Slides and toys and touchable elements for the young. Flat, easy & accessible walking paths. Large readable print on exibits. Relatable, interesting content on history of the town & surrounding area. Just moved here and was delighted to learn about prominent figures inspiring names/art around the town.

My family and I really enjoyed the Rogers Historical Museum. It's incredible to see how much the area has changed! There are a lot if different displays, videos, a really cool model showing how they dealt with flooding, antiques, like a locomotive front and wooden wagon. There really is do much to see. The museum shows people from the area that have accomplished great things as well. It's free and...
